Content Strategy Specialist
Type: Volunteer Position
Time Commitment: Approx. 8-10 hours for first month and 2-4 hours a month for months 2 onwards

Position Overview:
WORTH Association is seeking a passionate and skilled Volunteer Content Strategist to join our team. As a content strategist, you will help inform WORTH’s future content through research and analytics. Your work will help educate, attract and engage members and contribute to promoting WORTH’s initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Content Planning
Proactively research and recommend article ideas that align with WORTH’s content calendar.
Conduct research to identify relevant trends, topics, and keywords for inclusion in the content calendar.
Recommend women in the recreation, tourism and hospitality industries as potential Women of WORTH interview features.
Support WORTH in identifying and recommending potential subject matter experts and contributors for key articles as needed.
Content Analytics
Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, analyze audience engagement, and identify themes to prepare an annual report on WORTH’s 2023 content.
Generate monthly summaries of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations to optimize content effectiveness for review by WORTH’s board.
Qualifications:
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience with social media and website analytics.
Experience with Mailchimp is an asset.
