Why you should volunteer with WORTH

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with WORTH Association!

The mission of WORTH Association (Women of Recreation Tourism & Hospitality) is to advance women in the industry and help move the dial for equality. We're always looking for volunteers to help contribute to our cause and elevate, educate & empower.

We strongly encourage those with the following identities to apply: Black, Indigenous, Persons of Colour, People with Intersecting Identities, LGBTQIA+, people living with disabilities, and others with experience in marginalized communities.
