  • Yes Shef

This annual event pairs renowned chefs with talented apprentices from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, fostering an environment of mentorship and collaboration. With the culinary landscape reflecting a stark gender disparity—approximately three male chefs for every female chef in B.C. and a four-to-one ratio across Canada—Yes Shef stands out as a pivotal platform for change. Guests enjoy signature dishes crafted by celebrated female chefs, all while engaging in a dynamic atmosphere that champions creativity, innovation, and the celebration of women’s talents in the culinary arts.
