Our Fresh Approach to Mentorship

The WORTH Mentorship Program brings together women across the recreation, tourism, and hospitality industries and invites them to foster meaningful connections and shared growth. Over a 3-month period, mentees are paired with experienced leaders, while mentors have the rewarding opportunity to guide and inspire the next generation of industry professionals. Whether you’re looking to learn or lead, the WORTH Mentorship Program is your next step toward making an impact.
