WORTH Academy is more than a leadership program, it’s a catalyst for change. Designed for self-identifying women in recreation, tourism, and hospitality, it provides a structured roadmap to leadership, equipping ambitious leaders with the skills, confidence, and perspectives they need to shape the future of our industries.
What is WORTH Academy?
A flagship initiative of WORTH, this program blends self-reflection, strategic thinking, and action planning to help women advance in their careers. Although WORTH Academy is not currently accepting applications, we are dedicated to continuing this vital work. This program has provided hundreds of women with dynamic learning opportunities, personalized coaching, and leadership growth in real-world scenarios, equipping them with the confidence and expertise to break barriers and drive meaningful change. While WORTH Academy is evolving, its mission remains unwavering: to cultivate the next generation of women in leadership.

Who is WORTH Academy for?
WORTH Academy is meant for all women interested in management, but may be especially relevant for individuals who hold positions such as: lead, supervisor, coordinator, assistant manager or manager. While WORTH Academy is not currently open for enrollment, we remain committed to fostering leadership opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds, including Black, Indigenous, Persons of Colour, LGBTQIA+ individuals, people with disabilities, and those with intersecting identities. Future opportunities will continue to prioritize inclusivity and representation.
