EMPOWER HER: VICTORIA 2022
On November 2nd, WORTH Association and women of recreation, tourism, and hospitality joined for an evening of networking with an inspiring panel discussion in Victoria. WORTH's Empower Her event aimed to connect a community of leaders to expand their network and create meaningful relationships. Vancouver Island’s top female tourism and hospitality leaders shared inspiring ideas with the intention of sparking dialogue about issues that impact women in the workplace. Their perspectives informed, inspired, and empowered women to collectively identify ways to accelerate women to senior roles in the industry.
